The Bigfoot Manifesto respects your right to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of our website, newsletter, contact forms, or connected third-party app features, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact us at:

In your message, please include:

• Your name.

• The email address associated with your request.

• The platform involved, if applicable, such as Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or the website newsletter.

• A brief description of what you want deleted.

Facebook / Instagram / Meta Data Deletion

If you used a Facebook, Instagram, or Meta-connected feature through The Bigfoot Manifesto, you may request deletion of data associated with that connection by emailing us at:

Meta Data Deletion Request

After receiving your request, we will review it and delete applicable data that we control, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, platform compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

TikTok Data Deletion

If you used a TikTok-connected feature through The Bigfoot Manifesto, you may request deletion of data associated with that connection by emailing us at:

After receiving your request, we will review it and delete applicable data that we control, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, platform compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

Newsletter Data Deletion

If you subscribed to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

You may also request deletion of your newsletter information by contacting us directly at:

Website Contact Form Data

If you submitted information through a contact form, guest form, or similar website form, you may request deletion of that information by contacting us at:

Timing

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the request.

Third-Party Platforms

The Bigfoot Manifesto can only delete data that we control.

If you want to delete information stored directly by Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or another third-party platform, you may also need to manage your account or privacy settings directly with that platform.
